Your responsibilities

  • Selling modern IT solutions for B2B customers
  • Creating offers, contracts, and other business documents
  • Actively searching for and acquiring new customers, providing ongoing customer service
  • Researching customer needs, adjusting proposed IT solutions to the customer requirements
  • Introducing new, innovative applications into the local and global market
  • Maintaining business relationships with Globema’s partners and customers
  • Participating in meetings, conferences, and business negotiations
  • Actively participating in developing our sales processes

Our requirements

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher)
  • Success orientation, motivation to achieve ambitious goals
  • Ease of building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Business conversation and negotiation skills
  • Listening to the customers, discovering their real needs
  • Creativity (making presentations, writing, using web portals)
  • Independence, efficiency

Helpful skills

  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or commercial law

  • Knowledge about IT systems and solutions such as Cloud, SaaS, etc.

Recruitment process step-by-step

01. Meet with a manager

First, you will meet with the manager of the department you’re applying to, in-person or online. You will learn more about what we do and the role you’re applying for.

02. Recruitment task

After or during the meeting we will ask you to complete a short recruitment task so that we can see you in action. This will also give you an idea of what your tasks would look like.

03. Next meeting

After you submit the task, we will contact you with feedback and inform you whether we decided to invite you for another meeting. During the second meeting, you will learn more about working at Globema and we will get to know you even better.

04. Decision

If all goes well, we will make a job offer. We hope you will accept so we will have the chance to work together 🙂
